Job title: Office Manager
Job Based in office: Stately Accountants, Kingsbridge Court,
Castlehaven Road, Camden Town, NW18 QA


Duties:
•  Coordinate and administer activities to support the account team and clients.
•  Coordinate and liaise with internal and external resources or clients.
•  Work with country contacts to obtain information to meet deadlines.
•  Provide support to individuals & management team.
•  Responsible for researching, compiling, and maintaining reports on special request of client
and its presentations.
•  Managing process and ensuring compliance within our account and our clients.
•  Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with
accounting standards and regulations.
•  Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and comply with accounting
standards and regulations.
•  Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down the solution into smaller parts to plan
and organise the tasks in an agile way.
•  Manage clients by producing monthly, quarterly, and yearly deliverables to strengthen the
client relationship.
•  Awareness of all applicable financial/taxation standards, process documentation & training
•  Regular communication with clients to ensure deliverables are accurate, and timely,
including responses to client queries.
•  Manage the financial reporting process, including the preparation of financial statements,
budgets, and forecasts.
•  Oversight of preparation and review of statutory accounts of Tax Returns and Statutory
Accounts (under FRS 102, Section 1A and FRS 105) for Companies, Partnerships and Sole
Traders
•  Review, preparation and communicate VAT returns and in-depth knowledge of cross border
VAT transactions.
•  Review, preparation and communicate SA1 and SA100 with the understanding of tax reliefs.
•  Review, preparation and communicate CIS returns and detail knowledge of CITB.
•  Proficient in using QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Sage Payroll and Excel - knowledge of other
software such as Bright Manager would also be beneficial.
•  Able to adapt to different software and technology.
•  Excellent communication skills. Be able to build and maintain rapport with clients.
•  Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team, including analysis of financial
data and the identification of trends and opportunities for growth.
•  Experience and skills of handling the non-established taxpayer's tax returns and query will
be a plus point.
•  Supervise general accounting and administrative work.
Working Hours:
•  37.50 hrs per week
Salary:

•  £ 27,500- 32,500 per year (37.5 hrs per week)
Skills, experience and qualification required for job role:
•  ACCA or ACA at least part qualified (Member will be preferred)
•  03 years post qualification experience
•  Leadership experience would be an advantage.
•  Will have demonstrable experience managing people and other team members.
•  Will have a strong background in financial control.
•  Will have excellent attention to detail and high-level analytical skills.
•  QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Sage Payroll and Excel - knowledge of other software such as Bright
Manager
